Short order cook wanted in Charles City County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a short order cook in Charles City County, Virginia. You will be based at a fast-food outlet. The role involves monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces. You should have: • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets 4+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time with occasional weekends.
