On a typical shift you will manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha. What we are looking for: • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Strong knife skills and speed on the line Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
