Hand presser wanted in Esmeralda County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a hand presser in Esmeralda County, Nevada. You will work at a dry cleaner's. On a typical shift you will fuse interlinings and fusible tape on the fusing press; use a pressing cloth to protect delicate fabrics; operate the steam press and vacuum table to finish garments; remove creases, wrinkles and packing folds with a steam iron; shape collars, cuffs and lapels using a tailor's ham and sleeve board. You should have: • 1-2 years' experience pressing garments in a factory • Aware of steam iron safety and basic machine upkeep • Able to operate a steam press, vacuum table and fusing machine 6+ years on the tools preferred.
