Slinger signaller wanted in Pettis County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a slinger signaller in Pettis County, Missouri. What we are looking for: • Sharp eye for safety and hazard awareness • Ability to read lift plans and rigging diagrams • Physically fit to handle heavy chains, slings and shackles On a typical shift you will coordinate tandem and multi-crane lifts with the signaller; fit tag lines to control and steady suspended loads; attach wire rope and chain slings to loads using shackles and hooks; establish exclusion zones and keep workers clear of the lift area; carry out daily checks on cranes, hoists and lifting tackle; direct the crane operator with standard hand signals and radio. 4+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time, day shift. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Walk-in interviews this week.
