Finishing presser wanted in Custer County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a finishing presser in Custer County, Nebraska. You will be based at a textile finishing unit. You should have: • Able to operate a steam press, vacuum table and fusing machine • Aware of steam iron safety and basic machine upkeep • Comfortable standing long shifts in a hot, humid environment The role involves: • Fuse interlinings and fusible tape on the fusing press • Hang or fold pressed garments and pass them to packing • Check every piece for scorch marks, shine and water spots • Sort bundles by fabric, shade and order number • Meet the daily piece target without damaging garments • Keep the boiler topped up and hold steady steam pressure 1+ years on the tools preferred.
