Urgent requirement: we are hiring a powder spray gun operator in Bollinger County, Missouri. The job is at a powder coating unit. Requirements: • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes On a typical shift you will hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage; cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time; reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse; apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun; set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow; check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns.
