We are recruiting: we are hiring a machinist in Scotts Bluff County, Nebraska. You will work in a sampling and tailoring workshop. What we are looking for: • Good eyesight and steady hands for fine, accurate stitching • Understands fabric types and how to handle knits versus wovens • Comfortable working long hours seated at a fast line The role involves: • Keep an even stitch density (SPI) and a straight, consistent seam line • Trim loose threads, clip curves and notch corners as you go • Attach collars, cuffs, plackets, pockets and waistbands as per the spec sheet • Thread the machine, wind bobbins and balance top and bottom tension Pay around $4,300 per month, based on your experience.
