You will run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone; dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date; vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders; weigh, price and label cuts for the display case. Ideal candidate: • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling Overtime paid at a premium rate.
