Requirements: • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure You will label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift.
