Production line operative wanted in Fairbanks North Star Borough

Join our team: we are hiring a production line operative in Fairbanks North Star Borough, Alaska. Day to day you will keep pace with the takt time and pass the unit to the next station; pick the correct parts from the kit bins and feed them to the line; follow the work instruction sheet for each station; tighten fasteners to the specified torque using a power screwdriver or torque wrench; snap-fit plastic housings and clip in the wiring harnesses; apply labels, barcodes and serial stickers in the right position. Requirements: • Good hand-eye coordination and steady fingers for small parts • Able to stand for the full shift and do repetitive hand work Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
