The role involves charge systems with refrigerant (R134a, R410a, R404a) to the correct weight; service split AC units and VRF systems; read suction and discharge pressures on the manifold gauges; trace leaks with an electronic detector and soap solution. Requirements: • Available on-call and at weekends for breakdowns • Able to braze copper and silver-solder joints • ITI or diploma in refrigeration / RAC trade 4+ years on the tools preferred.
