Immediate opening: back-of-house cleaner (New Mexico)

Now hiring: we are hiring a back-of-house cleaner in Torrance County, New Mexico. You should have: • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates Your main tasks: • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift Full-time, day shift. We offer $4,900 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
