Concrete shuttering carpenter wanted in Northampton County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a concrete shuttering carpenter in Northampton County, North Carolina. What we are looking for: • Able to read formwork and structural drawings • Knows de-shuttering times and concrete curing On a typical shift you will apply mould-release oil to the plywood faces before concreting; set up adjustable steel props and falsework to support the slab decking; fix soldiers, walers and tie rods to resist the concrete pressure; strike and strip the formwork once the concrete has cured; brace and strut the formwork to stop movement during the pour.
