Safety marshal • Saratoga County, New York

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a safety marshal in Saratoga County, New York. You will work at a busy construction site. Day to day you will investigate near-misses and incidents and file root-cause reports; check PPE such as helmets, goggles, gloves and ear plugs and issue replacements; conduct job hazard analysis (JHA) on every new task; ensure MSDS/SDS sheets are on hand for every chemical on site; enforce lockout-tagout (LOTO) on energised and rotating equipment. Requirements: • Strong record-keeping and incident-reporting skills • Physically fit for full-site inspections on foot • NEBOSH, IOSH or a recognised OHS certificate 5+ years on the tools preferred.
