Gas meter installer wanted in King County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a gas meter installer in King County, Washington. The job is on commercial and industrial sites. On the job you will handle: • Braze copper gas lines and weld carbon-steel pipe joints • Read isometric drawings and mark out the pipe routes • Install flue and chimney terminals and check for adequate ventilation • Carry out tightness (pressure) tests with a manometer and lock off the supply • Fix pipe clips, brackets and wall sleeves and sleeve pipe through walls • Connect combi boilers, water heaters and gas cookers to the supply You should have: • Own hand tools and pipe wrenches • Sound knowledge of gas safety regulations and pressure testing 2+ years on the tools preferred.
