Gardener — Woodford County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a gardener in Woodford County, Kentucky. The role involves: • Repot nursery stock and pot on cuttings • Dig over and turn the soil and prepare seedbeds • Prune hedges, shrubs and ornamental trees with secateurs and hedge trimmers • Cut back tree branches and clear overhanging limbs • Weed flower beds and borders by hand and with a hoe • Water beds and lawns and set up drip irrigation lines Requirements: • Good knowledge of common plants, shrubs and seasonal planting • Happy to work outdoors in all weather At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
