Cnc lathe operator • Winneshiek County, Iowa

Vacancy available: we are hiring a cnc lathe operator in Winneshiek County, Iowa. Day-to-day duties: • Measure finished parts with micrometers and vernier calipers • Deburr and chamfer machined parts by hand • Set tool offsets and establish work zero (G54) • Check diameters and lengths against the spec sheet • Run first-off inspection and sign off the part What we are looking for: • Working knowledge of G-code and M-code • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts 3+ years on the tools preferred. $3,200 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
