Join our team: we are hiring a dish pit attendant in Morton County, North Dakota. The job is at a busy restaurant kitchen. Day to day you will clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift; clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls; help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room; hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method; scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies. Ideal candidate: • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts $3,100 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
