AC and fridge repair technician — McIntosh County

Requirements: • Able to braze copper and silver-solder joints • Comfortable handling refrigerant gases and gauge manifolds On a typical shift you will measure the compressor motor's amperage draw with a clamp meter; pull a vacuum on the system and check for trapped moisture; clean condenser and evaporator coils; wire up thermostats, contactors and overload relays; recover refrigerant gas before opening a sealed system; read suction and discharge pressures on the manifold gauges.
