Stainless steel welder — Worcester County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a stainless steel welder in Worcester County, Massachusetts. The job is in a stainless steel kitchen-equipment unit. On the job you will handle: • Strike the arc with high-frequency start and control heat with the foot pedal • Weld thin stainless steel sheet without burning through • Clamp and fit up components on the jig before welding • Clean joints with acetone and a dedicated stainless wire brush • TIG weld aluminium sections after cleaning off the oxide layer What we are looking for: • Good eyesight for fine sheet-metal work • Able to TIG weld stainless steel and aluminium to a neat standard At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
