Vacancy available: we are hiring a tandoor cook in Gray County, Kansas. You will work in a catering banquet kitchen. You should have: • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays Day-to-day duties: • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
