Pastry baker wanted in Oyo East

Vacancy available: we are hiring a pastry baker in Oyo East, Oyo State. What we are looking for: • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen The role involves: • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe Six days a week, one day off.
