We are recruiting: semi-automatic welder (Ebonyi State)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a semi-automatic welder in Ishielu, Ebonyi State. The job is at a busy production line. You will clear spatter and slag, then wire-brush the finished bead; change worn contact tips and gas nozzles on the torch; control distortion with a balanced welding sequence; read fabrication drawings and weld symbols; tack components to the jig and check the fit-up against the drawing; check welds for porosity, undercut and lack of penetration. Ideal candidate: • Aware of PPE, fume extraction and hot-work safety • Able to grind, fit-up and tack independently • ITI in welder trade or equivalent Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
