Sausage maker wanted in Lisburn and Castlereagh

Vacancy available: we are hiring a sausage maker in Lisburn and Castlereagh, Northern Ireland. Day-to-day duties: • Keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled • Monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain • Weigh, price and label cuts for the display case • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders • Portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date Requirements: • 2+ years experience working as a butcher • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter Pay around £15 per hour, based on your experience.
