Civil works labourer • Clarke County, Alabama

We are recruiting: we are hiring a civil works labourer in Clarke County, Alabama. The role involves: • Load and unload trucks of cement, steel bar and aggregate • Pour and spread concrete, then compact it with a poker vibrator • Break out old walls and concrete with a jackhammer breaker • Dig foundation trenches and pits with pick and shovel • Cure freshly laid concrete by sprinkling water for several days • Carry bricks, cement bags and sand up to the masons on site You should have: • Physically fit and comfortable working at height • Know how to mix concrete and mortar to the right ratio Rotating shifts. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Pay around $4,800 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
