Reinforcement steel fixer — Bolivar County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a reinforcement steel fixer in Bolivar County, Mississippi. Requirements: • Own basic tools such as pliers, tie hook, tape and level • Able to read reinforcement drawings and bar bending schedules • Aware of concrete cover and tolerance requirements Your main tasks: • Lift and land prefabricated cages with the crane and banksman • Check bar diameter, spacing and cover before the pour • Form stirrups, links and hooks to the correct dimensions • Fix cover blocks and spacers to maintain concrete cover • Fit mechanical couplers where shown on the drawings 3+ years on the tools preferred.
