Great opportunity: we are hiring a kitchen steward in Tillamook County, Oregon. Day to day you will top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures; clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift; polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass; restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar. What we are looking for: • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
