Glass and glazing technician • Luna County, New Mexico

Great opportunity: we are hiring a glass and glazing technician in Luna County, New Mexico. The job is on a construction site. Your main tasks: • Read drawings and setting-out details for glazing layouts • Work safely at height on scaffolds and ladders • Cut glass to size using a glass cutter and running pliers • Apply putty, silicone and glazing tape to bed the glass • Fit panes into timber, aluminium and uPVC frames • Glaze shopfronts, curtain walls and glass partitions Ideal candidate: • Skilled with silicone guns, putty and glazing tools • Proven experience as a glazier or glass fitter • Knowledge of toughened, laminated and double-glazed units Full-time with occasional weekends.
