We are recruiting: paint booth operator (Tennessee)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a paint booth operator in Shelby County, Tennessee. You will run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches; cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time; check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns; top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations; keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well; degrease and clean metal parts before coating. You should have: • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. We offer $170 per day plus benefits. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
