HSE officer — Surry County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a HSE officer in Surry County, Virginia. You will be based in a chemical processing unit. The role involves: • Conduct job hazard analysis (JHA) on every new task • Check PPE such as helmets, goggles, gloves and ear plugs and issue replacements • Take gas readings with a multi-gas detector before confined-space entry • Inspect scaffolding, full-body harnesses and lifelines for work at height Ideal candidate: • Confident enough to halt unsafe work on the spot • NEBOSH, IOSH or a recognised OHS certificate • Minimum 2-3 years on construction or factory sites At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
