Waitress • Urue Offong/Oruko, Akwa Ibom State

Great opportunity: we are hiring a waitress in Urue Offong/Oruko, Akwa Ibom State. On the job you will handle: • Coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar • Take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad • Punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket) • Polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place What we are looking for: • Willingness to work weekends, evenings and split shifts • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages • Ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts Full-time, day shift.
