Industrial sewing operator wanted in Hidalgo County

Vacancy available: we are hiring an industrial sewing operator in Hidalgo County, Texas. Your main tasks: • Press open seams or use a folder/binder attachment for bound edges • Change needles, presser feet and folders to suit the fabric and operation • Trim loose threads, clip curves and notch corners as you go • Keep an even stitch density (SPI) and a straight, consistent seam line • Stitch seams, hems, side seams and shoulder joins to the marked seam allowance • Meet the hourly piece-rate target without dropping quality Requirements: • Can hit the daily piece-rate target consistently • Knows how to set tension, change needles and do basic machine maintenance • Comfortable working long hours seated at a fast line Part-time with flexible hours.
