Pastry baker wanted in Bannock County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a pastry baker in Bannock County, Idaho. You will be based at a cake shop. The role involves: • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls Ideal candidate: • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens $140 per day, negotiable for the right hands.
