Milling machinist wanted in Cibola County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a milling machinist in Cibola County, New Mexico. On a typical shift you will load and edit CNC programs (G-code) at the Fanuc/Siemens control; measure features with vernier callipers, micrometers and bore gauges; run first-off parts and check dimensions before batch production; read engineering drawings and GD&T to plan the machining sequence; select and fit end mills, face mills and slot drills into collets and arbors; set up and operate vertical and horizontal milling machines. Ideal candidate: • Knows feeds, speeds and tooling for steel, aluminium and cast iron • ITI/NCVT certificate in machinist or turner trade • Experience on Fanuc/Siemens CNC controls We offer $5,400 per month plus benefits.
