Immediate opening: argon welder (Tennessee)

Great opportunity: we are hiring an argon welder in Cocke County, Tennessee. On the job you will handle: • Read welding symbols and joint details off the fabrication drawing • Clean joints with acetone and a dedicated stainless wire brush • Keep the arc length and travel speed consistent • TIG weld aluminium sections after cleaning off the oxide layer • Back-purge pipe joints with argon so the root does not oxidise • Weld thin stainless steel sheet without burning through What we are looking for: • Able to TIG weld stainless steel and aluminium to a neat standard • Can read fabrication drawings and welding symbols • 2+ years' hands-on experience with argon/TIG welding Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
