Vacancy available: we are hiring a VRF/VRV installation technician in Hamilton County, Iowa. Ideal candidate: • Can read electrical and piping schematics • Able to handle refrigerant safely and aware of F-Gas rules Your main tasks: • Evacuate the system with a vacuum pump and confirm a deep vacuum • Clean filters, blower wheels and condenser coils during servicing • Insulate the suction line with Armaflex nitrile sleeving • Cut, flare and bend copper pipe for the liquid and suction lines • Wire the indoor-to-outdoor interconnecting cable and connect the isolator • Recover the refrigerant before dismantling or relocating a unit 6+ years on the tools preferred.
