Ideal candidate: • Good eye for colour matching and blending • 2+ years' experience in automotive refinishing • Keen attention to detail and a steady hand The role involves strip clean the spray guns and change the booth filters; sand and feather-edge damaged panels before painting; apply primer, base coat and clear coat with an HVLP spray gun; check the colour match under booth lights against the maker's swatch; blend new paint into adjacent panels for an invisible repair; mix and tint paint to match the customer's colour code.
