Your main tasks: • Take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad • Polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place • Follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules • Explain the day's specials and recommend dishes Requirements: • Clear spoken communication and a polite, friendly manner • Familiarity with POS billing and order-taking systems • Prior experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel 5+ years on the tools preferred.
