Pastry baker wanted in Gage County

Join our team: we are hiring a pastry baker in Gage County, Nebraska. You will work at an in-store supermarket bakery. On a typical shift you will keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand. What we are looking for: • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time with occasional weekends.
