You should have: • Keen attention to detail and a steady hand • Physically fit to stand, bend and crouch for long periods Your main tasks: • Mask off trim, glass and rubber seals with tape and paper • Check the colour match under booth lights against the maker's swatch • Sand and feather-edge damaged panels before painting • Set the spray gun air pressure and fan pattern for an even finish • Apply body filler and block-sand to a smooth contour Full-time, day shift.
