Vertical transportation technician • LeFlore County, Oklahoma

Immediate opening: we are hiring a vertical transportation technician in LeFlore County, Oklahoma. The job is on a lift modernisation project. Day to day you will carry out planned preventive maintenance and grease the guide shoes; rope up the traction machine and reeve the hoisting cables; measure rope tension and check for broken strands; mount and align landing doors, sills and car door operators; test buffers, final limit switches and the emergency brake. You should have: • Physically fit to lift heavy components and crawl in tight spaces • ITI in electrical/mechanical or an equivalent trade certificate At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. Six days a week, one day off. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Walk-in interviews this week.
