Fabricator-welder • Kaura Namoda, Zamfara State

Join our team: we are hiring a fabricator-welder in Kaura Namoda, Zamfara State. On a typical shift you will grind and sharpen tungsten electrodes to the correct taper; run root passes and fill passes on pipe joints; carry out 6G pipe welds where required; feed the filler rod by hand while controlling the weld puddle; weld stainless steel, aluminium and mild steel in thin gauges; control heat input so thin sheet does not warp. You should have: • Able to pass a practical weld test on the first day • Comfortable working to tight fit-up tolerances 6+ years on the tools preferred. Part-time with flexible hours.
