Now hiring: we are hiring a ceramic tiler in Dauphin County, Pennsylvania. You will work on a commercial fit-out project. The role involves screed and prepare uneven floors before tiling; grout the joints and wipe off the excess with a damp sponge; lay floor and wall tiles to plumb and level using a spirit level; set out the tile layout and snap reference lines with a chalk line; spread adhesive with a notched trowel and back-butter the tiles; cut ceramic and porcelain tiles on a manual tile cutter. Requirements: • Knowledge of waterproofing and substrate preparation • Able to work to deadlines on busy sites • 2+ years' hands-on tiling experience At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
