Incoming goods inspector — Polk County

Vacancy available: we are hiring an incoming goods inspector in Polk County, North Carolina. You will work on a garment production line. Ideal candidate: • Confident using vernier callipers, micrometers and gauges • Good eyesight and colour vision for visual inspection • ITI or diploma in a mechanical or production trade You will carry out first-article and in-process checks on the production line; draw samples from batches according to AQL sampling plans; escalate recurring defects to the line supervisor or QA engineer; check visually for scratches, dents, burrs and colour variation.
