We are recruiting: we are hiring a kitchen porter in Rio Blanco County, Colorado. Your main tasks: • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard Requirements: • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff Full-time, day shift. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Pay around $4,900 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
