Join our team: we are hiring a car refinisher in Berkshire County, Massachusetts. You should have: • Able to mix paint by weight on a scale • 2+ years' experience in automotive refinishing The role involves: • Prime and seal bare metal to stop rust • Mix two-pack (2K) clear coat with hardener in the correct ratio • Sand and feather-edge damaged panels before painting • Compound and polish the cured finish to a high gloss • Strip clean the spray guns and change the booth filters • Apply etch primer to aluminium and galvanised panels 3+ years on the tools preferred. Six days a week, one day off. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Walk-in interviews this week.
