Urgent requirement: we are hiring a pressman in Avery County, North Carolina. Your main tasks: • Shape collars, cuffs and lapels using a tailor's ham and sleeve board • Hang or fold pressed garments and pass them to packing • Check every piece for scorch marks, shine and water spots • Remove creases, wrinkles and packing folds with a steam iron Ideal candidate: • Physically fit to lift bundles and handle repetitive work • A keen eye for scorch, shine and uneven creases Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
