Immediate opening: we are hiring a marble fitter in Rapides Parish, Louisiana. The job is on a residential building site. The role involves level and align slabs so joints stay tight and surfaces sit flat; grout the joints and wipe off the excess before it sets; lift and handle heavy slabs safely using suction lifters and trolleys; polish stone surfaces to a high gloss using diamond pads and polishing compound; fill cracks, chips and open veins with colour-matched epoxy resin; work from cutting lists and installation drawings. Ideal candidate: • Knowledge of epoxy resin filling and colour matching • Able to read measurements, templates and cutting lists Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
