Plant operator wanted in Stillwater County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a plant operator in Stillwater County, Montana. You will work in an open-cast mine. The role involves: • Backfill and compact soil around pipes and foundations • Grease the pins, bushings and slew ring at the start of each shift • Keep a safe distance from excavation edges and overhead lines • Work in coordination with the banksman and ground crew on signals • Read site drawings and follow the batter and slope profiles • Load trucks with spoil, aggregate and overburden using the bucket Ideal candidate: • Good depth perception and hand-eye coordination • Able to read levels, pegs and basic site drawings • Minimum 2-3 years' experience operating earthmoving machinery Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
