Site electrician — Chemung County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a site electrician in Chemung County, New York. You will be based at a commercial shopping complex. What we are looking for: • Sound knowledge of IS wiring and earthing standards • Normal colour vision for cable identification • Able to read single-line and wiring diagrams The role involves: • Size and route cabling to suit the load current and voltage drop • Measure voltage, current and load with a multimeter and clamp meter • Crimp lugs and terminate armoured cable glands • Isolate circuits and apply lockout-tagout before working • Carry out preventive maintenance on switchgear and busbars At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
